What this platform is

Each LeoTech Solution team member has a public digital profile reachable from the QR code on their ID card. The QR code contains only the profile web address — no personal information is stored in the code itself.

Information shown on profiles

Profiles show professional information approved by LeoTech Solution: name, role, department, skills, experience, education, projects and certifications. Contact details (email, phone, WhatsApp) appear only when the profile owner and our administrators have chosen to make them public. Emergency contacts, internal notes and other administrative data are never shown publicly.

Profile analytics

When a profile is opened we record a minimal, privacy-conscious view event so we can understand how digital IDs are used:

• the profile that was viewed and the time of the visit;
• coarse device type (mobile, tablet, desktop), browser family and operating system;
• country (derived by our hosting provider, never your precise location);
• the referring website’s domain, if any.

We do not store your IP address. To estimate unique visitors we store a one-way hash that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, no view is recorded. View records are automatically deleted after 365 days. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies on profiles.

Saved data on your device

Profiles can be installed to your home screen. Your browser may keep a copy of pages you visited so they open offline. You can clear this at any time from your browser settings.

Your choices
